ChkMocks

The chkMocks is a basic R package for comparing composition of experimental mock samples with thier theoretical composition. Default composition is for Product name D6300.Not tested with custom mocks.

We provide examples for: ZymoBIOMICS™ Microbial Community Standard. Catalog No. D6300
Fasta files for full-length 16S rRNA gene sequences downloaded from ZymoBiomics
